Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders in the USA.
Yes! International shipping is charged at a dynamic rate based on the delivery location via USPS.
Although it varies (longer during holidays, etc) we strive to ship all orders within 3 business days.
The free shipping method is either USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver (2-5 business days). When ordering, you have the option to choose from various USPS shipping methods. Although our tool lists USPS, we may ship via UPS if it is more economical.
Sadly, we have absolutely no control over the shipping companies and delays they may face. If required in a specific timeframe, please choose the appropriate shipping method (keep in mind 3-business days to produce the item) and we will do our best to ensure your order gets out on time.
All of our products are proudly handmade in the USA by Kayla (and a little help from Trevor).
Our bows are primarily made of 100% polyester. The polyester gives the bow a more “full” or plump look and feel that isn’t achievable with cotton. The ribbon is made of grosgrain.
Yes. We accept returns within 14-days of delivery, but the customer must pay the shipping to return. Manufacturing defects are 100% covered within the 14-day delivery window.
